A Brazilian filmmaker living in Germany receives a television assignment to report on the social conflicts surrounding the UN Climate Change Conference in Belém. Her journey takes her to indigenous communities, activists, and their industrial opponents along the Amazon. But the closer she gets to these people, the more she questions her role: Can she tell their story of resistance when she herself is part of the media and power structures? A film about climate politics, colonial continuities, and the conditions under which images are created.
